The study here analyses and forecasts the organizational behaviour of research organizations by a demographic perspective. Demographic models of growth, based on different human resource policies, show the evolutionary change of research bodies over the forecast horizon. The results provide vital information for improving the strategic change and survival of research institutions over time.
